11-1-9: UTILITY CONNECTIONS:
No subdivision shall be accepted unless gas mains, water mains and electrical distribution lines (wherever the same shall be available) shall be provided or arranged for by the subdivider prior to acceptance. (1982 Code § 6-1-9)
