11-1-6: DRIVEWAYS:
No subdivision shall be accepted by the village unless driveways are provided with a smooth approach and curbing removed, and with sufficient grade to prevent street drainage into the owner's property. The entrance apron to the property line shall be constructed of concrete. (1982 Code § 6-1-5)
