A. Any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this title shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for said violation, and each day that such a violation exists or continues shall be deemed a distinct and separate offense. B. In case any building or structure is erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, repaired, converted or maintained, or any building, structure or land is used in violation of this title, the village attorney, in addition to other remedies, may institute any proper action or proceedings in the name of the village to prevent such unlawful erection, construction, repair, reconstruction, alteration, conversion, maintenance or use; to restrain, correct or abate such violation; to prevent the occupancy of said building, structure or land; or to prevent any illegal act, conduct, business or use in or about said premises.
