Any person violating any provision of this chapter, or permitting any dangerous building or any building or structure to remain in a dangerous condition, or to remain in the fire limits after it has been damaged to the extent of fifty percent (50%) of its value, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for said violation, and each day that such a violation exists or continues shall be deemed a distinct and separate offense.
