The village hereby adopts the following codes and standards as the building codes of the village:

2015 International residential code.
2015 International mechanical code.
2004 Illinois plumbing code.
2015 International private sewage disposal code.
2015 International fuel gas code.
2015 International energy conservation code.
2015 International property maintenance code.
2014 National electrical code.
2015 International existing building code.
