The village board of trustees has the option in May of each year to raise the water rate schedule by one and one-half percent (11/2%) if needed to cover the costs of chemicals, maintenance and repairs. (Ord. 441, 1-18-2010, eff. 5-1-2010; amd. 2016 Code)
