8-1-11: PENALTY:

Any person or entity convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for said violation. (Ord. 14-494, 12-15-2014, eff. 1-1-2015)
