Every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this title for which another penalty is not provided shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for said violation, and each day that such a violation exists or continues shall be deemed a distinct and separate offense.
