No person shall set off, discharge or explode any gunpowder, dynamite, nitroglycerin or any other explosive on any street, avenue, alley, park or any other place within the village or upon any property so as to endanger the life, limb or property of any person. Any person or entity convicted of violating any provision of this section shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for said violation, and each day that such a violation exists or continues shall be deemed a distinct and separate offense.
