§ 33.02  EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
   (A)   A contract between the City Council and the Board of Administration, State Public Employees' Retirement System is authorized, a copy of the contract being attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter and on file in the City Clerk's office, and by the reference made a part of this code as though herein set out in full.

   (B)   The Mayor of the City Council is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the contract for and on behalf of the agency.
