§ 30.36  CITY TREASURER; BOND.
   The City Council, by ordinance, does determine the sum of $1,000 to be the penal sum of the bond required by law to be executed to the city by the Treasurer, conditioned for the faithful performance of his or her duties as City Treasurer.
