No person shall use the name of any association in charge or control of any charitable activity in any solicitation without having written permission from two of the officers of the association, to use its name or the name of or reference to the charitable activity, which written permission must be for a specific event or a specified period of time. A copy of the permission shall be filed with the City Clerk prior to the use.
