This chapter authorizes bingo games in the city when conducted for the benefit of organizations exempted from the payment of the bank and corporation tax by Cal. Revenue and Taxation Code § 23701 and a contribution or gift to which would be a charitable contribution under I.R.C. § 170(c)(2) of 1954.
