(A) Notwithstanding any contrary provisions in this code, any person violating any provision of this chapter is subject to an administrative fine of $50 for the first violation, $100 for the second violation, and $200 for the third and all subsequent violations.
(B) Alternatively, violations of this chapter may be prosecuted by the City Attorney's Office as an infraction, with a maximum penalty of $50 for the first violation, $100 for the second violation, and $200 dollars for the third and all subsequent violations.
(C) In addition to an administrative fine of $200 for a third or subsequent violation, the Director may permanently bar the violator from using any and all of the city's skateboard parks, facilities, or structures.
(D) Fines and penalties shall constitute a debt to the city which may be collected in any legally permissible manner.
