§ 98.01 INTENT AND APPLICATION.

This chapter is intended to comply with Cal. Health and Safety Code § 115800 and to adopt supplemental regulations for the safe use of city-owned and/or operated skateboard parks, facilities, or structures. The requirements shall apply to all parks, facilities, and structures owned, operated, maintained, and/or provided by the city for the use of skateboarders.
