The common seal which the city shall have and use, alterable at the pleasure of the city authorities, shall be of the following form which is adopted as such: a circular metal disc, capable of impressing upon paper or other like substance, the following words conveniently arranged in a circular or substantially circular form: "City of San Joaquin, Fresno County, California, Incorporated 1920, Sixth class, Seal."
