§ 94.01  INCINERATORS.
   Any incinerator used within the city limits for the purpose of burning trash or other refuse must have openings one-fourth inch or smaller; whether the incinerator is constructed of mesh or metal of any kind, the openings, no matter how many in number, shall be not larger than one-fourth inch in diameter.
