Judicial review of a decision made under this chapter may be had by filing a petition for a writ of mandate with the superior court in accordance with the provisions of the Cal. Code of Civil Procedure § 1094.5. Any such petition shall be filed within 90 days after the day the decision becomes final as provided in Cal. Code of Civil Procedure § 1994.6, which shall be applicable for such actions.
