Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable in accordance with § 10.36 of this code as well as the administrative penalties that may be set forth in this code. Violators shall be subject to any other enforcement remedies available to the city under any applicable state or federal statute or pursuant to any other lawful power the city may possess including but not limited to injunctive relief.
