§ 100.04 COMMERCIAL MARIJUANA ACTIVITY IS PROHIBITED.

Commercial marijuana cultivation, processing, delivery, dispensaries, sale and operations shall be prohibited activities in the city, except where the city is preempted by federal or state law enacting a prohibition on any such activity.
