§ 54.008  VIOLATION.
   (A)   Public nuisance. A violation of this chapter including additional water measures adopted under the authority of §§ 54.006 and 54.007 constitutes a public nuisance.
   (B)   Separate offenses. Each day that a violation of this chapter including additional water measures adopted under the authority of §§ 54.006 and 54.007 constitutes a separate offense.
