§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)    Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty otherwise provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not to exceed $1000 or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months.
   (B)   Any person who shall in any manner engage, encourage, aid, abet, or assist in the violation of any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in division (A) of this section, and any clerk, servant, or agent of a person committing any act in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty as principal.    (C)   Any person who violates § 130.07(A) shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $10,000, which fine shall be deposited in the general fund of the city. Any person who violates any provision of § 130.07, other than division (A), shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in division (A) of this section.
