§ 34.38 AWARD OF CONTRACT.
   In accordance with Cal. Gov’t Code § 40601, the Purchasing Officer is authorized to sign and execute all contracts pursuant to this subsection for $15,000 or less. The City Manager is authorized to sign and execute all contracts greater than $15,000 pursuant to this subchapter after City Council award.
