§ 34.30 PURCHASE ORDER PROCESSING.
   The Purchasing Officer shall approve purchase orders only in consequence of having received a prepared purchase order from the requisitioning department or agency. The Purchasing Officer shall supply purchase order forms and administer their usage in accordance with applicable regulations.
