§ 34.12 PAYMENT OF BONDED INDEBTEDNESS.
   The provisions of this subchapter shall not be construed as preventing the payment by the City Treasurer of the bonded indebtedness of the city, and the interest coupons thereof, or the payment of bonded indebtedness and coupons in accordance with the laws authorizing the issuance of bonds.
