§ 34.07 RATIFICATION BY COUNCIL.
   All demands so presented shall be reviewed by the Council and, if found authorized, correct, and legal, shall be ratified by the Council. Such action of the Council shall be evidenced by a motion entered in its minutes, which motion may be embodied in a motion to approve the Council's consent calendar.
