§ 34.02 PRESENTATION BY CITY OFFICERS.
   No city officer shall present any demand for allowance against the city except for his own service or expenses incurred by him or her on behalf of the city; nor shall any city officer in any way, except in the discharge of his or her official duty, advocate the relief asked in any demand made by any other person.
