If any person permitted by the provisions of this subchapter shall permit any minor under the age of 18 years to play at or remain in such poolroom or billiard room, or if any such person shall open such poolroom or billiard room to the public, or permit the public to play therein or remain therein, between the hours permitted in the permit, or if any such person shall employ any minor under the age of 18 years to work in or about such poolroom or billiard room, such permit shall be immediately revoked.
