§ 115.03 CONDITIONS OF PERMIT; REVOCATION.
   The Council in granting any such permit may impose reasonable conditions as to the hours of drilling, the operation of machinery, the suppression of noise, and the elimination of dust, smoke, fumes, odors, or vibrations in order that the peace, health, safety, and welfare of the inhabitants of the city may be preserved and the value of surrounding or adjacent property maintained. Any violation of such conditions, or any of them, shall be cause for revocation of the permit.
