§ 115.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, PERSON shall include, in addition to the definition set forth in § 10.05 of this code, the United States of America, or any instrumentality thereof, the state, or any political subdivision or special district thereof, or any other municipal or public corporation.
