If a permit is issued for a youth dance pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter, and such dance is conducted in full compliance with the provisions of this subchapter, a minor may attend such dance even if not accompanied by his parent, guardian, or spouse where such minor is within the designated age group indicated on the permit.
