§ 114.047 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person, dancing club, dancing school, or bona fide hotel shall conduct, permit, operate, or assist in conducting any public dance hall, public dance, or private dance without first securing a written permit from the Council or Chief of Police and paying the license and application fee. No dance permit is required for dances held at the Adult Recreation Center or Grapevine Park.
