§ 114.001 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain, conduct, permit, or carry on any dance or dancing in any public cafe or restaurant in the city, whether such dance or dancing shall be incidental to the serving of food or not, without first securing a permit from the Council and paying the license fee required by Chapter 110 of this title.
