§ 112.086 FAILURE TO REPORT.
   The refusal, failure, or neglect of the grantee to file any of the reports required by this subchapter, or as the grantor may direct, shall be deemed a material breach of the franchise and shall subject the grantee to all penalties and remedies, legal or equitable, which are available to the grantor under the franchise or otherwise.
