§ 33.33 SPECIAL MEETINGS; NOTICES.
   Special meetings of the Planning Commission may be called at any time by the Chairperson. Notice of the special meeting, which contains the time and place for the meeting, with a statement of the business to be transacted and an opportunity for the public to address the Planning Commission on such business items, must be posted in accordance with state law (Cal. Gov't Code § 54956). The notice must also be delivered personally or by mail to all members of the Planning Commission (unless waived in writing before the meeting) and to any newspaper, radio, or television station or person that has requested notice in writing.
