§ 100.133 ODD AND EVEN NUMBERS.
   (A)   Odd numbers. The numbers on the north and northerly and west and westerly sides of streets shall be odd.
   (B)   Even numbers. The numbers on the east and easterly and south and southerly sides of streets shall be even.
