The starting points for numbers on buildings fronting on streets now or hereafter laid out or extended shall be as follows: On streets running north and south or northerly and southerly, Las Tunas Drive; on streets running east and west or easterly and westerly, Del Mar Avenue; provided, however, such starting point for any street which shall intersect both Las Tunas Drive and Del Mar Avenue shall be Las Tunas Drive. Numbers shall begin at such starting points and shall continue to the termination of the respective streets.
