§ 100.066 PROMPT COMPLETION OF WORK.
   After work is commenced, the permittee shall prosecute with diligence all work covered by the permit. The permittee shall promptly complete such work and restore the site to a satisfactory condition so as not to obstruct the public place or travel thereon more than is reasonably necessary.
