For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
NUISANCE. Includes any use of parks and or playgrounds that interferes with the legal rights of others by causing damage, annoyance or inconvenience.
PARKS AND PLAYGROUNDS. Includes all those areas located within and outside the municipal boundaries of the city, which areas are set apart, designated or maintained by the city for the entertainment or recreational use of the public, and includes any school playgrounds for which the city has a contract for recreational purposes, together with all buildings, apparatus and equipment kept or maintained therein or thereon.
