§ 97.01 ADOPTION OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE.
   Subject to the particular additions, deletions and amendments hereinafter set forth in this subchapter, the rules, regulations, provisions and conditions set forth in that certain code entitled Los Angeles County “Health and Safety Code,” Title 11 Los Angeles County Code including amendments thereto through County Ordinances No. 95-0056, including the following: Division 1 - Health Code; Division 2 - General Hazards; Division 3 - Miscellaneous Regulations; Division 4 - Underground Storage of Hazardous Materials; Appendices to Title 11 and such code shall be and become the Health and Safety Code for the city. One copy of the County Health and Safety Code has been deposited in the office of the City Clerk and shall be at all times maintained by the Clerk for use and examination by the public. Said edition of the County Health and Safety Code, except as provided in this subchapter, is substituted for and shall take the place of the previous edition of the County Public Health Code previously adopted.
