§ 32.53 USE OF MILITARY-STYLE EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   Police Department Lexipol Policy, Section 707, Military Equipment, Acquisition, Use, and Reporting, incorporated herein by reference, is hereby adopted as the official policy of the Police Department regarding the use of military-style equipment, pursuant to AB 481.
   (B)   This policy shall remain in effect until changed by ordinance or statute.
   (C)   This policy shall be reviewed annually to ensure all legal requirements are met.
