§ 50.026 EFFECTIVE DATE AND PREEMPTION.
   This subchapter and all of the regulations contained herein, shall become effective on January 1, 2022 and shall remain effective until otherwise repealed by the City Council. Any current terms or regulations in Title 5 which are in conflict with provisions of this subchapter shall be preempted by this subchapter as of the effective date.
