§ 95.67 ALTERNATE REMEDIES.
   Violation of this subchapter is hereby declared to be a public nuisance which may be abated as provided in Cal. Civil Code Division 4, Part 3 and in Cal. Civil Proc. Code Part 2, Chapter 2, which remedy shall be in addition to any other remedy provided in this subchapter or by state law, including Cal. Penal Code § 372.
