§ 32.05 CREATION.
   Creation. There is hereby established a City Clerk Department which shall have the following powers and duties:
      (A)   Keep and maintain an accurate record of the proceedings and actions of the City Council;
      (B)   Serve as the custodian of the city seal, city ordinances, resolutions, contracts and official records of the city;
      (C)   Conduct the municipal elections as prescribed by law;
      (D)   Serve as the filing officer for the Fair Political Practices Commission;
      (E)   Ensure all legal notices are published and/or distributed as required by law;
      (F)   Serve as the custodian of records for the city; and
      (G)   Serve as the records manager for citywide records.
