§ 111.03 DISTRIBUTION OF HANDBILLS ON POSTED PREMISES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, whether permitted under this chapter or not, to distribute, deposit, place, throw, scatter or cast any handbill in or upon any premises which has posted a sign in a place providing reasonable notice by bearing the words “no handbills,” or words of similar import.
