§ 153.383 PROCESSING PROCEDURE.
   Compliance with these provisions shall be ascertained as part of the public hearing process regarding the subdivision map. No subdivision map for commercial condominium purposes shall be approved unless the granting body makes a specific finding that the project is in compliance with these regulations.
