§ 153.380 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM. Any commercially zoned or commercially utilized portion of a “common interest development” as that term is used in Cal. Civil Code §§ 1351 et seq.
