In the Medical Facilities Zone, six (60%) percent of the gross area of the building site shall be used for landscape areas, of which not more than twenty-five (25%) percent may be used for landscape areas. When abutting an R-1 zone, a landscaped area not less than two (2%) percent of the gross area of the building site shall be provided between any structure and the abutting R-1 property. This two (2%) percent may be included in the six (6%) percent of the overall site landscape requirement.
