§ 153.313 HEIGHT LIMIT.
   Buildings in the Medical Facilities Zone shall not be more than seventy (701) feet in height, measured from the average level of the highest and lowest point of that portion of the lot covered by the building to the highest point of the structure.
   Penthouses or roof structures for the housing of elevators, stairways, tanks, ventilating fans, and similar equipment required to operate and maintain the buildings, and fire or parapet walls, skylights, flagpoles, chimneys, smokestacks, wireless masts, and similar structures may be erected up to ten feet (101) above the height limits set forth in this section, but no penthouse or roof structure or any space above the height limit shall be permitted for the purpose of providing additional floor space.
