§ 92.35 KEEPING WILD ANIMALS; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person shall have, keep or maintain, or have in possession or under control, any elephant, bear, hippopotamus, rhinoceros, lion, tiger, leopard, wolf, monkey or any poisonous reptile of any kind, or any dangerous or carnivorous wild animal or reptile, without first applying to and receiving from the Council a permit to do so.
